Exchange/Store Credit Criteria

  • Here at Brûlée we want you to be happy and feel beautiful with any purchase you make.You have 14 days to exchange or get store credit for any merchandise that has not been worn, damaged  tags must still be attached. 
  • All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged ( except for promotional items).
  • We do not offer refunds on any items due to the limited quantity and new collections coming in.
  • Any returns after 14 days will be denied
  • Please fill out and follow the instructions on the Return Form included with your order to receive an exchange or store credit.
  • You should expect to receive your store credit within 7-10 business days of giving your package.

  • All returning items must be returned through traceable mail (tracking number).
  • If an item is returned that is not eligible for return, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
  • Should you receive an item as a result of our error, received an incorrect item or defective item, we will pay the return shipping costs and issue you a return label
